Privacy Policy

This page explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored and protected across the games and apps published by True Blue Games — Aussie Spins, Orb Drop, Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS — and sets out the game terms for Aussie Spins.

Effective date: 3 October 2026 Publisher: True Blue Games Covers: Aussie Spins · Orb Drop · Tile Match · True Blue Cards · Chook Sort · Outback Blocks · Aussie Word Search · True Blue Sudoku · True Blue Mahjong · Connect Four · State Forest Hunting GPS
This single policy applies to every game and app we publish. Each game's own entry under Our games sets out what makes it different — Aussie Spins is an 18+ simulated social casino game, while Orb Drop, Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS have no age restriction and no simulated-gambling content. Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS are not yet publicly released.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Our games are published by True Blue Games ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy applies to the public Android and iOS versions of Aussie Spins, Orb Drop, Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS, and to the online services they use. Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS are still in development and not yet available to the public — this policy describes them in advance of release.

None of our games require an account or login, and none of them ask for payment-card or banking information directly — where a game offers in-app purchases, these are handled entirely through Google Play Billing on Android or Apple's In-App Purchase on iOS, not by us directly.

2. Our games

What each game sends to us is different. The table below gives a quick summary — tap a game's name, or open its entry underneath, for the full details. Advertising is covered in Advertising and the activity signal in Activity while a game is open.

Aussie Spins

Aussie Spins is a free-to-play simulated social casino game intended solely for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, physical prizes or items redeemable for money. It is restricted to users aged 18 years and over and presents a mandatory age-verification screen when first launched.

Virtual credits may be earned or purchased inside the app, but they cannot be cashed out, transferred, redeemed, exchanged for money, or used to claim real-world goods or services. Do not use the app if doing so would break the laws or regulations that apply where you live.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Player display name Scores and rankings Anonymous installation or player ID Gameplay statistics Feature results Level and credit balance Monthly leaderboard period Theme download requests IP address App version Platform Feedback and bug reports Activity signal while the game is open

We receive this information when you use online leaderboards, connect to online statistics services, download optional themes, or submit a bug report, suggestion or other feedback. Your chosen display name, leaderboard position and public result values may be visible to other players — do not use your real name or include personal information in a display name. While a game is open it also sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open.

Android package: com.truebluegames.aussiespins. An iOS version is planned but not yet released. See Advertising below.

Orb Drop

Orb Drop is a free-to-play physics-based puzzle game, played by dropping and merging numbered orbs to reach higher tiers. It has no account or login system, no in-app currency, and no credits.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID Game mode Score Run time Session start / end pings IP address App version Platform Activity signal while the game is open

We receive this information when you submit a result to the online leaderboard, or as your device sends anonymous session analytics pings while you play. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. Leaderboard entries are ranked by score and do not include a player-chosen display name, since Orb Drop has no account or profile system. While a game is open it also sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open.

Android package: com.truebluegames.orbdrop. An iOS version is planned but not yet released. See Advertising below.

Tile Match

Tile Match is a free-to-play single-player tile-matching puzzle game, played across a series of levels. It has no account or login system. Your board, level, score, hearts and Darts (a power-up) are saved automatically on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID App version Platform Feedback and bug reports Activity signal while the game is open

Tile Match does not currently have an online leaderboard, so your progress, score and level are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. The game checks Google Play for a newer version of the app; nothing is sent to us for this. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. While the game is open it sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open. If you send a bug report or suggestion from the game's Settings (up to 3 a day), we receive the message you write together with that per-install ID, the app version and your device's platform (for example Android), and our server records the IP address it was sent from to prevent abuse and limit how many reports can be sent. This policy will be updated if an online leaderboard or account system is added.

Tile Match includes optional rewarded-video advertising for extra Darts — see Advertising below.

True Blue Cards

True Blue Cards is a free-to-play collection of classic card games — Klondike, Spider, TriPeaks, Yukon, Pyramid, and Canasta. It has no account or login system. Your progress in each game is saved automatically on your device. Sound, vibration, table felt colour and card back design are all set locally on your device and are not sent to us.

Canasta can be played with others in two ways: locally with other devices on the same Wi-Fi network (one player hosts, others join directly — this does not go through our servers), or online through our own server, supporting 2–4 players with AI filling any empty seats.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID Player-chosen nickname (online Canasta only) IP address App version Platform Feedback and bug reports Activity signal while the game is open

To play Canasta online, you choose a nickname the first time — this is a one-time choice that can't be changed afterwards, is stored on your device and by our server for the game session, and is shown to the other players in that game so they know who they're playing against. Do not use your real name or include personal information in it. Hosting or joining an online Canasta game also sends your device's IP address and basic technical information (app version, platform) needed to run the session. Local Wi-Fi Canasta games and the single-player card games do not send this Canasta session information to our servers.

On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. While the game is open (including during single-player and local Wi-Fi play) it sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open.

True Blue Cards includes banner advertising — see Advertising below.

Chook Sort

Chook Sort is a free-to-play single-player colour-sorting puzzle game, played across a series of levels. It has no account or login system. Your level, coins and settings (such as sound) are saved automatically on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID App version Platform Feedback and bug reports Activity signal while the game is open

Chook Sort has no online leaderboard and no account or profile, so your level, coins and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. While the game is open it sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open. If you send a bug report or suggestion from the game's Settings, we receive the message you write together with that per-install ID, the app version and your device's platform (for example Android), and our server records the IP address it was sent from to prevent abuse and limit how many reports can be sent. This policy will be updated before any other online feature is added.

Chook Sort includes optional rewarded-video advertising (for a free extra pen or hint) and banner advertising. Ads are only loaded after you accept the privacy notice shown when the game first opens — see Advertising below. Android package: com.truebluegames.chooksort.

Outback Blocks

Outback Blocks is a free-to-play single-player block puzzle game. You drag blocks onto an 8x8 board and clear full rows and columns to score. It has no account or login system. Your best score, coins, settings and the game you are in the middle of are saved automatically on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID App version Platform Feedback and bug reports Activity signal while the game is open

Outback Blocks has no online leaderboard and no account or profile, so your progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.

Outback Blocks includes optional rewarded-video advertising (for extra help in the game or a second chance) and banner advertising. Ads are only loaded after you accept the privacy notice shown when the game first opens — see Advertising below. Android package: com.truebluegames.outbackblocks.

True Blue Sudoku

True Blue Sudoku is a free-to-play single-player Sudoku game with big, clear numbers. It has no account or login system. Your statistics, coins, settings and the puzzle you are in the middle of are saved automatically on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID Activity signal while the game is open

True Blue Sudoku has no online leaderboard, no account or profile and no feedback form, so your progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. While the game is open it sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open. This policy will be updated before any other online feature is added.

True Blue Sudoku includes optional rewarded-video advertising (for a hint, or to keep going after a game over) and banner advertising. Ads are only loaded after you accept the privacy notice shown when the game first opens — see Advertising below. Android package: com.truebluegames.truebluesudoku.

True Blue Mahjong

True Blue Mahjong is a free-to-play single-player tile-matching game (mahjong solitaire). It is not gambling and has no real-money or prize element. It has no account or login system. Your level progress, coins, settings and the board you are in the middle of are saved automatically on your device so you can pick up where you left off.

True Blue Mahjong has no online leaderboard, no account or profile and no feedback form, so your progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. True Blue Mahjong includes optional rewarded-video advertising (for a hint or shuffle) and banner advertising. Ads are only loaded after you accept the privacy notice shown when the game first opens — see Advertising below. Android package: com.truebluegames.truebluemahjong.

Connect Four

Connect Four is a free-to-play game where two players take turns dropping counters into a grid, trying to line up four in a row. You can play against the computer, pass one device between two players, play against someone on another device on the same Wi-Fi network, or play online. It has no account or login system. Your settings and progress are saved on your device.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID Activity signal while the game is open Player-chosen nickname (online play only) Game moves (online play only)

Connect Four has no online leaderboard, no account or profile and no feedback form. On first launch the game generates a random per-install ID that is not tied to any personal information and is not linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account — reinstalling the app generates a fresh ID. After you accept the privacy notice shown when the game first opens, it sends the anonymous activity signal described in Activity while a game is open while the game is open.

If you play online, your device connects to our game server and sends the nickname you choose (up to 14 characters) and your moves. Your nickname is shown to the other player in that match. Do not use your real name or include personal information in it. The nickname and moves are held in the server's memory only for the match and are not saved; the server keeps only a technical log of match events (a match being created, joined, started or finished, with its room code). Like any internet connection, connecting to the game server involves your device's IP address. Playing against the computer, pass-and-play and Wi-Fi play (which connects devices directly on your local network) do not send game information to our servers.

Connect Four does not include any advertising and does not use an advertising ID. Android package: com.truebluegames.connectfour.

State Forest Hunting GPS

State Forest Hunting GPS is a map and GPS app, not a game. It works offline and has no account or login system. It is still in development and not yet publicly released. By default it sends nothing to us: your position, tracks and settings stay on your device. It does not send the activity signal described in Activity while a game is open, and it has no advertising and no analytics.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Nothing unless Buddies is switched on Randomly-generated per-install ID The name you type in GPS position and accuracy The path you walk Your buddies' 8-digit codes Status message you choose to send

The app has an optional feature called Buddies, which is switched off unless you turn it on. Only while Buddies is switched on, the app sends the following to our server at truebluegames.com.au over an encrypted (https) connection: a random per-install ID that the app generates itself (it is not a hardware identifier and is not linked to your Google Play account), the name you type in, your GPS position and the path you walk (as map grid coordinates with their accuracy), and the 8-digit codes of the buddies you have added. If you send your buddies one of the app's preset status messages (emergency, got one, need a hand, or heading back), the app also sends which message you chose, when you sent it and a reference for that message. These are fixed choices — our server does not accept typed text as a message. Our server gives each install its own 8-digit code to share with your buddies. Do not use your real name if you would rather your buddies' devices did not show it.

How we use it

Only to show buddies to each other on the map. Another person can see your name, position, track and status message only when you have added their code and they have added yours — a code that someone guesses, or that only one side has added, shows nothing. It is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing, and it is not shared with any third party, other than the infrastructure providers described in When information is shared that host our servers.

How long we keep it

Positions and tracks are only ever shown to your buddies for 24 hours after they were recorded, and anything older is deleted from our server. A status message is shown to your buddies for 24 hours after you send it, except the emergency message, which stays visible to them until you cancel it. Our server keeps only your most recent status message, until you change or clear it. Your install ID, your 8-digit code, the name you typed in, the buddy codes you added and the time the app last contacted us are kept until you ask us to remove them — see Contact us. We do not keep a request log for the Buddies service; your device's IP address is used only briefly in memory to limit abuse and is not saved with your position.

Switching Buddies off stops all sending. State Forest Hunting GPS has no advertising, so the Advertising section below does not apply to it.

3. Activity while a game is open

Each of our games sends our server a small “who is playing right now” signal while it is open. When you open a game, and then roughly once a minute while it stays open, the game sends our server two things: the game's name and its anonymous per-install ID (the same random ID described in each game's entry under Our games). Closing the game stops these signals.

Information collected by True Blue Games

Randomly-generated per-install ID Game name Time of most recent signal IP address (technical server logs only)

For each install ID our server keeps a single record: the game name and the time the most recent signal arrived, using our server's own clock. Each new signal replaces the previous record, so we do not keep a history of when or for how long you played. If you switch games, the record simply moves to the game you are now playing.

The signal does not include your name, email address, account details (our games have no accounts), device model or hardware identifiers, advertising ID, location, scores, purchases or any other gameplay information.

Like any request sent over the internet, a signal reaches our servers together with your device's IP address and basic technical details such as the platform the game is running on. These appear in our standard technical server logs (see Data retention) and are used briefly in memory to limit abuse. They are not saved in the activity record.

How we use it

Only to see how many people are playing each game right now and over the past day. A player is counted as “online” for two minutes after their most recent signal. It is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing, and it is not shared with advertisers or other third parties, other than the infrastructure providers described in When information is shared that host our servers.

How long we keep it

A record is deleted when it has not been updated for 30 days. Records are held in our server's memory and saved to a file on our server; routine server backups may keep a copy for up to about a further 30 days. See Your choices and rights for how to stop a device's record being kept up to date.

4. Advertising

Our advertising partner is Pangle (the ad network operated by Bytedance Pte. Ltd). Aussie Spins and Orb Drop use Pangle to show rewarded video, rewarded-interstitial and/or banner advertising, for optional benefits such as virtual credits, an extra life, a power-up charge, or an in-game bonus, depending on the game. Tile Match uses Pangle to deliver optional rewarded-video ads for extra Darts. True Blue Cards uses Pangle to deliver banner ads. Chook Sort uses Pangle to deliver optional rewarded-video ads (for a free extra pen or hint) and banner ads. Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku and True Blue Mahjong use Pangle to deliver optional rewarded-video ads (for extra help in the game, a second chance or a hint) and banner ads.

Ad networks such as Pangle may collect information including advertising and device identifiers, IP address, general device and app information, and ad interaction data, to deliver ads, measure their performance, cap how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud. This processing is carried out by Pangle as an independent third party under its own privacy policy, available at pangleglobal.com/privacy.

All rewarded ad placements are optional — you choose whether to watch an offered ad. Declining simply means the associated optional reward is not granted. Banner ads are not rewarded and do not require any choice from you.

6. When information is shared

Information may be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Hosting or infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate our servers and deliver game content.
  • Public leaderboard display: Where a game has a leaderboard, your chosen display name (if any), score and rank may be shown to other players.
  • Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect users, the public, True Blue Games or our services.
  • Business transfer: Information may be transferred as part of a sale, merger, reorganisation or transfer of a game or business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating leaderboards and statistics, delivering requested content, responding to reports, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

  • Leaderboard information may remain available while the relevant leaderboard or game service continues to operate.
  • Aggregated or de-identified gameplay statistics may be retained for longer because they no longer directly identify an individual or installation.
  • Support and feedback messages may be retained while the issue is investigated and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Technical server logs are retained for a reasonable operational and security period and are then deleted, rotated or anonymised.
  • Activity records (see Activity while a game is open) are deleted when they have not been updated for 30 days; copies in routine server backups may remain for up to about a further 30 days.

Information processed independently by Pangle, Google Play Billing, or Apple's In-App Purchase is retained according to their own policies and settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. International data processing

Infrastructure providers may process information in countries outside Australia or outside the country where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws.

Where required, service providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international data transfers under applicable law.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information.

You can also:

  • Decline any optional rewarded advertisements.
  • Reinstall a game to receive a new per-install ID where one is used, which disconnects the app from any previously submitted leaderboard results.
  • Close a game to stop its activity signals. There is no account to close and the ID is anonymous, so to stop an activity record being associated with your device, uninstall the game or clear its data — the old record is then deleted 30 days after its last signal.
  • Avoid submitting optional contact details through feedback forms.
  • Contact us to request help with information held by True Blue Games.

To help us locate relevant information, a request may need to include the game concerned, your leaderboard display name or anonymous player identifier, or details of the message or report you submitted. Because some of our games use identifiers that are not tied to any personal information and are not recoverable once an app is uninstalled, our ability to locate or act on a request may be limited. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.

11. Children and age restriction

Aussie Spins is intended only for adults aged 18 years and over, is not directed to children or minors, and includes a mandatory 18+ age-verification screen on first launch.

Orb Drop, Tile Match, True Blue Cards, Chook Sort, Outback Blocks, Aussie Word Search, True Blue Sudoku, True Blue Mahjong, Connect Four and State Forest Hunting GPS have no age restriction and are not directed to children. Across all our games, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child, or a person under 18 in the case of Aussie Spins, has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our games, our data practices, third-party services or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published at this location with a revised effective date.

This policy will also be updated before adding another advertising network, mediation partner, analytics platform, account system or materially different data-collection feature to any of our games.
