- Will I lose my run if I close the app?
- No. Your board, score, and progress are saved automatically and are right there when you come back.
- How do orbs merge?
- Drop numbered orbs into the play area. When two orbs of the same value touch, they merge into the next tier — keep the board clear and don't let the pile cross the danger line.
- What's the difference between Easy, Normal, and Hard?
- Easy gives you a relaxed 3-tier window. Normal has 5 tiers with a Next Drop preview. Hard has 7 tiers, a 5-second drop countdown, and no preview.
- What does the Golden Orb do?
- You earn one every 10 levels. Drop it and it destroys everything it touches instead of merging. You can also watch a short ad for an extra charge.
- How does Auto-Drop Assist work?
- Merging fills up a time bank. Once it's full, Auto-Drop can take over for you. Watching a short ad doubles your fill rate for 3 minutes.
- How does the leaderboard work?
- Your best runs in each mode are tracked online so you can see how you stack up against other players.
- How do I report a bug or ask about my data?
- Your progress is stored on your device. Orb Drop does send us an anonymous install ID, your scores for the leaderboard, anonymous session pings, and an anonymous activity signal while the game is open - see our Privacy Policy for details.
